About the job: We are seeking a hands-on Technical/Functional Project Manager with subject matter expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to lead and support data driven requirements and initiatives toward the maturity or existing, roll out of future, and build out of foundational data for RGM applications and implementations. In this role, you will act as the company’s internal project lead, working within the Digital Data, Analytics, & AI team and partnering with global business/functional teams using, implementing, or planning RGM. You will be responsible for drafting and managing all data-centric project documentation, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders, advising on RGM use cases and integrations, and supporting delivery of RGM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the owner of the RGM Data Foundation and the internal subject matter expert on data required to build, grow, and maintain it. Drive and advise on strategy, capabilities, and implementations, and provide functional and technical guidance on RGM best practices, architecture, and data flows. Advisory and leadership for data-focused aspects of RGM implementations, use cases, and integrations. Partner with the RGM business stakeholders, project teams, and support teams. Manage and co-manage the delivery of projects and support of data products. Drive collaboration between RGM / Commercial teams and Digital Data, Analytics, & AI teams to ensure the RGM data foundation, use cases, and data integrations meet business needs. Act as the Digital Data, Analytics, and AI partner to our RGM solution providers. Partner with internal and external technical solution teams and collaboratively draft, manage, and maintain all project documentation (e.g., timelines, risk logs, and status reports), functional documentation (requirements and use cases) and technical documentation (e.g., charter, requirements, test plan & scripts, authorization for use / UAT sign-off, architecture, technical details, data flow diagrams, source system mapping, integration specifications, etc.). Facilitate communication and coordination across stakeholders to keep data projects on track. About you: Experience: Looking for 10+ yrs experience candidate Required Skill Set: Experience in digital data and RGM technology project management. Proven experience with Commercial Revenue Enablement, using Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), or Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) solutions such as XTEL / Kantar, or Enterra. Alternatively, experience with custom built RGM applications is also acceptable. Strong understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) focused RGM data architecture and data models built from various sources such as ERP (sell-in), syndicated market data (sell-out), financial data (cost/pricing/pricing conditions), mapping and master data (customer/product), TPM data, flyer data, etc. Strong understanding of data integrations required for RGM enablement. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Architecture/Engineering and Commercial/Sales/RGM business teams and ability to act as both a functional and technical translator between business and Digital. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies. Why us?
