We are expanding rapidly and looking for a proactive, hands-on professional who can efficiently manage HR, Administration, and Operations functions to support our growing team. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized All-Rounder professional who can independently handle HR processes, administrative responsibilities, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management • Handle payroll coordination and compliance documentation • Support employee engagement and performance tracking • Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance • Address employee queries and grievance handling Administration • Oversee day-to-day office administration • Manage vendors, office supplies, and asset inventory • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules • Ensure smooth facility management and office upkeep • Maintain documentation and filing systems Operations • Coordinate with sales and channel partner teams for operational support • Track MIS reports, performance metrics, and process efficiency • Assist management with reporting and business coordination • Improve workflow processes to enhance productivity • Ensure proper documentation of client and internal records Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations (Real Estate experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR compliance • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and take ownership Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in real estate or brokerage industry • Strong coordination and follow-up skills • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail • High integrity and confidentiality standards What We Offer • Opportunity to work in a high-growth real estate company • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • Career growth and leadership exposure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
