Rajyash Rise, C Block, Vasna Rd, nr. Vishala Circle, Near APMC Metro Station, Ahmedabad, Gujarat WFO) Timings - Monday to Friday- 10 AM to 7 PM. Note- Immediate / 15 days Joiners are preferred AND only local Ahmedabad candidates will be preferred. Key Responsibilities 1 IT Recruitment (Primary Focus) - Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior level IT positions. - Manage multiple open requirements simultaneously. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and references. - Conduct initial HR screening and salary discussions. - Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback. - Ensure quick closures and maintain strong candidate pipeline. 2 Non-IT Hiring (Secondary) - Support hiring for Sales, BD, and Digital Marketing roles as required. 3 Hiring Operations - Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring updates. - Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and joining coordination. - Ensure smooth hiring flow with minimum delays. Required Skills - 2 -5 years experience in IT recruitment. - Strong exposure to midsenior level hiring. - Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. - Good understanding of IT technologies and roles. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Experience in fast closures and target-based hiring.
