We operate on a premium La Marzocco espresso machine, and we are looking for a skilled barista who understands specialty coffee standards. Key Responsibilities • Operate and maintain La Marzocco espresso machine • Extract perfect espresso shots with consistency • Advanced latte art (rosetta, tulip, heart – clean execution mandatory) • Curate a refined coffee menu (espresso, flat white, cappuccino, cortado) • Prepare light gourmet bites (avocado toast, sourdough sandwiches, fresh salads) • Maintain luxury hospitality standards for elite guests • Oversee bean freshness, grind calibration & milk texturing precision • Maintain immaculate hygiene & presentation Ideal Candidate • 2–5 years in specialty café / 5-star hotel • Strong understanding of espresso extraction & milk science • Experience handling high-end machines (La Marzocco preferred) • Well-groomed, articulate, hospitality-driven • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented • Based in Mumbai (Worli/South Mumbai preferred) Positioning This is not a café job.
