Bar Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive beverage sales. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain inventory, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily bar operations and supervise bar staff • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction • Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs • Create and update drink menus and promotions • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations • Train, schedule, and motivate the bar team • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Requirements: • Proven experience in bar management or a similar hospitality role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
