Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to deliver a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain operational efficiency, and help drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Implement promotions and strategies to increase sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
