As a Multilingual Customer Support Executive for a leading Banking Process, your role will involve handling customer interactions over calls and providing accurate information and resolutions in regional languages. You must be comfortable working in a voice-based environment and adhere to banking compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking-related queries - Provide clear and accurate information regarding banking products and services - Communicate fluently in the assigned regional language - Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality - Follow internal processes, compliance, and data security guidelines - Document call details and update customer records accurately Qualification Required: - Proficiency in any one regional language (read, write, speak) - Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English - Prior experience in banking/BPO voice process is preferred - Freshers with strong language skills may also apply - Good listening skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability Education Qualification: - Minimum Graduate (any stream) In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputed banking process, offering a stable job with career growth in the BFSI sector.
