We're hiring a RevOps — Pay-Per-Lead Vendor to deliver investor leads—no employment ad required; we'll also run a Post so vendors can find us. About The Role You generate investor leads for our next round of funding (then we apply playbooks to B2B/B2C). You can use any channel or method that fits your operation—manual outreach, tools, or hybrid—as long as leads meet our criteria and you can report what works. Success looks like a steady flow of qualified leads and clear tracking so we can scale or iterate. Compensation $10 per lead generated, plus bonus structure for first 200 leads pooled across all vendors/hires. No equity, no base salary. What Success Looks Like in 30 Days • You're delivering leads that meet our qualification criteria and handoff process. • We have clear visibility into volume, source, and what's working. • We've agreed on reporting cadence and any process tweaks. What You'll Do • Generate investor leads via your chosen channels (manual, tools, or hybrid). • Meet our lead definition and handoff requirements. • Track and report volume and conversion signals so we can scale or adjust. What We're Looking For • Proven ability to deliver leads (investor, B2B, or high-intent lead gen). • Self-directed; you own your method and output. • Clear communication and reporting; we'll complement this ad with a Post so vendors can find us.
