Social Media Content Manager

Job Title: Social Media Content Manager Experience: 3-4 years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute result-oriented social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. • Independently manage all brand social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) including planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content. • Create and execute monthly content calendars, and personally handle content ideation, basic shooting, coordination, and publishing. • Design or edit engaging posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos using relevant tools when required. • Monitor engagement, reach, growth, and conversions; run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, boosting, etc.). • Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. • Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep the brand competitive and relevant. • Manage community engagement, DMs, comments, and brand reputation professionally while ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
