Restaurant Manager – Texas Smokehouse

9W Hospitality is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Texas Smokehouse outlet in Patiala. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, supervising staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining operational discipline in accordance with company SOPs. Responsibilities • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff supervision • Ensure accurate cash reporting and billing control • Monitor inventory and stock variance reporting • Maintain hygiene and service standards as per company SOPs • Handle customer interactions and ensure guest satisfaction • Coordinate with central management for reporting and operational updates • Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant Experience Required Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant / QSR operations. Experience as: • Shift Manager • Assistant Restaurant Manager • Restaurant Manager • Senior Crew Supervisor Experience in brands such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, Cafe Coffee Day etc. will be preferred. Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and skillset.
