Restaurant Manager – Texas Smokehouse (India)

9W Hospitality is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Texas Smokehouse outlet in Patiala. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, supervising staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining operational discipline in accordance with company SOPs. Responsibilities - Manage daily restaurant operations and staff supervision - Ensure accurate cash reporting and billing control - Monitor inventory and stock variance reporting - Maintain hygiene and service standards as per company SOPs - Handle customer interactions and ensure guest satisfaction - Coordinate with central management for reporting and operational updates - Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant Experience Required Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant / QSR operations. Experience as: - Shift Manager - Assistant Restaurant Manager - Restaurant Manager - Senior Crew Supervisor Experience in brands such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, Cafe Coffee Day etc. will be preferred. Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and skillset.
