Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing updates, and catalog accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery coordination.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for stock updates.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations through chat/email within SLA timelines.
Analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance online sales.
Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, accounts, and operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or IT preferred).
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
