We are hiring a Team Lead – AI Automation / Document Processing Operations for a fast-growing AI automation company.
Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven technology company focused on transforming how document-intensive industries manage information. Their platform automates the capture, classification, and integration of incoming documents into existing workflows, enabling organizations to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and scale operations efficiently.
Working closely with customers in the legal and professional services ecosystem, they build intelligent automation solutions that allow teams to focus on high-value work instead of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 individuals focused on document extraction and data-capture workflows, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives.
• Oversee document preparation, compilation, and sorting for data capture, ensuring accuracy in logging and processing.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews to maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify process or knowledge gaps and organize training, refresher sessions, and learning initiatives.
• Continuously assess workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in internal and external quality calibrations with audit teams and customers.
• Conduct regular team updates and feedback sessions to align goals with customer expectations.
• Prepare MIS reports and share performance updates with senior leadership.
• Manage internal and client calls, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 interactions with team members to support engagement and performance.
