Sales cum Project Engineer

We are seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Field Sales Engineers (Mechanical – 2025 graduates) to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-oriented, eager to build a career in technical sales, and comfortable with field-based work. The position offers hands-on exposure to client interaction, product demonstrations, and real-world sales operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities • Support field sales activities by providing technical assistance and product knowledge • Participate in on-site client visits, fieldwork, and sales demonstrations • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements • Learn and apply mechanical concepts to explain products and solutions effectively • Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate technical features and benefits • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Develop technical, communication, and sales skills under mentorship from senior engineers and sales managers Qualifications & Eligibility • B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2025 graduates) • Available for full-time employment and immediate joining • Interest in field sales and customer interaction • Willingness to travel locally for work-related assignments • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred for official field travel (travel allowance provided as per company policy) Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹26,000 per month • Additional performance-based incentives • Conveyance allowance for official work-related travel • Training and on-the-job learning with experienced professionals Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹312,000.00 per year Benefits: • Commuter assistance • Food provided • Internet reimbursement • Paid time off • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • Have you completed B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2025? • Do you have your own conveyance and Driver Licence?
