They are responsible for the complex setup, calibration, and real-time monitoring of our blow moulding machinery. By maintaining strict control over cycle times and material distribution, they ensure that every plastic component meets AVM’s high structural standards. 2. Production Support: Production Associate Our Associates manage the vital transition from machine output to finished inventory. Focused on quality finishing, organized packaging, and safe material handling, they ensure that our chemical and plastic products reach the client in pristine condition, adhering to all industrial safety protocols.
