🧾 Job Title MIS & IT Executive 📍 Location Chennai 🎯 Experience Required 1–5 years (FMCG / Distribution / Manufacturing preferred) 🧠 Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & IT Executive to manage business reporting, sales data analysis, and basic IT infrastructure. The role involves supporting sales, accounts, and operations teams with accurate data, while also ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems, apps, and networks. 🔑 Key Responsibilities📊 MIS & Data Management • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports: • Sales reports (primary & secondary) • Distributor-wise performance • SKU-wise analysis • Outstanding / collection reports • Maintain and update data from: • Sales team apps / DMS / ERP • Generate dashboards for management review • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports • Analyze sales trends and highlight actionable insights 📈 Sales Coordination Support • Track sales team performance (beat-wise / territory-wise) • Monitor attendance via sales force apps • Support TA/DA data validation (basic level) • Assist in scheme tracking and sales campaigns 💻 IT Support & Infrastructure • Manage basic IT operations: • Systems, printers, internet, email setups • Coordinate with external vendors for: • AMC (hardware/software) • Network / internet issues • Troubleshoot basic IT issues for office & factory • Manage user access in software systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) 📱 Application & Software Management • Handle sales force automation tools / apps • Support ERP / billing software usage • Train employees on system usage (basic level) • Ensure proper data syncing and usage compliance 📂 Data & Documentation Control • Maintain centralized data records • Backup critical business data regularly • Ensure proper file structuring and access control 🧩 Key Skills Required🔹 Technical Skills • Strong Excel skills (must-have): • Pivot tables • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Basic formulas & dashboards • Basic knowledge of: • ERP systems • Sales apps / DMS • Networking fundamentals 🔹 Analytical Skills • Ability to interpret data and identify trends • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset 🔹 Soft Skills • Good communication • Coordination with cross-functional teams • Ability to handle multiple tasks 🎓 Qualification • B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / BBA / Any relevant degree • Additional certification in Excel / IT is a plus 💼 Preferred Industry Background • FMCG / Food industry • Distribution-heavy companies • Manufacturing setups
