Location: Gurgaon (In office) Role: International Air Ticketing Manager Job Purpose The International Air Ticketing Manager will lead the end-to-end flight booking and reservation process for our clients. The role focuses on developing best practices to maximize value, ensure efficiency, and deliver a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the ticketing team and ensure timely closure of all queries within defined TAT.Collaborate with Key Account Managers to secure bookings with value maximization and quality assurance.Front-end client discussions for standalone ticketing queries when required.Ensure seamless travel experiences through accurate and timely ticketing.Manage and mentor team members, ensuring accountability and high performance. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel & hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in ticketing.2+ years of team management experience.Mandatory: Strong hands-on proficiency in Amadeus.Strong experience in handling international flight knowledge of international travel regulations, fare structures, airline policies, refunds, cancellations, and re-issuance processes.
