Mathematics Faculty

Job Responsibilities – Mathematics Faculty (JEE) • Teaching & Academic Delivery • Deliver classroom lectures for Mathematics to JEE (Main & Advanced) students. • Explain concepts clearly with focus on fundamentals, problem-solving, and advanced applications. • Complete the syllabus within the scheduled academic planner. • Content Development • Prepare lecture plans, assignments, worksheets, and test papers. • Develop high-quality study materials aligned with JEE pattern and syllabus. • Create conceptual, numerical, and advanced-level problems. • Doubt Solving & Student Mentoring • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions regularly. • Provide individual academic support and guidance to students. • Help students improve problem-solving speed, accuracy, and exam strategy. • Test & Performance Evaluation • Conduct tests, quizzes, and practice exams. • Evaluate answer sheets and provide detailed feedback. • Monitor student progress and suggest improvement plans. • Academic Planning & Coordination • Follow institute academic schedule and complete syllabus on time. • Coordinate with academic team and management. • Attend academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions. • Classroom Management & Discipline • Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. • Ensure punctuality and regularity in classes. • Administrative Responsibilities • Maintain attendance and academic performance records. • Submit academic reports as required by the institute. • Institute Academic Support • Participate in seminars, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings. • Contribute to academic growth and reputation of the institute.
