Project Manager – SaaS / Software Implementation

Position: Project Manager – SaaS / Software Implementation Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality implementation standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent client communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate with implementation, development, and support teams • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients • Translate business needs into actionable project plans • Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery • Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests • Ensure quality control and testing before deployment • Oversee workflow automation, customization, and integrations • Maintain project documentation and reporting • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover • Support pre-sales team with technical insights when required Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field • 3–7 years of experience in project management • Experience managing software implementation projects • Strong understanding of platforms such as: • Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Creator, People, Recruit, POS, Catalyst, Desk etc.) • Microsoft 365 / Dynamics • Salesforce • Basic technical knowledge of: Java / Python, SQL, APIs & integrations, Workflow automation • Strong leadership and team coordination skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications: • PMP / Agile / Scrum certification (added advantage) • Experience in business process mapping and automation • Experience handling enterprise clients Benefits • Competitive salary package • Performance-based incentives • Leadership role in high-impact SaaS projects • Opportunity to manage enterprise-level implementations • Learning & certification support • Career growth in the digital transformation domain • Collaborative and innovation-driven environment
