Client Relationship Manager

Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Finance, and other client SPOCs. • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution with clear RCA and corrective actions. Operations & Service Delivery • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations at the implant location. • Monitor SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics; proactively flag risks or deviations. • Coordinate with backend, operations, product, and tech teams for issue closure. Reporting & MIS • Prepare and share daily / weekly / monthly MIS, dashboards, and performance reports. • Track volumes, deficiencies, turnaround times, customer feedback, and satisfaction metrics. Customer Experience • Ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction at the client location. • Support feedback mechanisms (surveys, calls, feedback analysis) and action closure. • Handle complex or sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy.
