Magadh Recipe (Patna) Magadh Recipe is a growing homegrown brand bringing back the authentic taste of traditional Magahi / Bihari achar. We are looking for a creative and culturally rooted Social Media Manager + Brand Strategist who can help us make Magadh Recipe a recognizable and loved brand across India. This is not just a posting role — this is a full-stack social media ownership role. Role Overview You will be responsible for building Magadh Recipe’s digital presence from the ground up. You will: Conceptualize Shoot Edit Publish Grow All social media content. You will help translate: Tradition Nostalgia Authenticity into engaging digital storytelling. Location Patna (Hybrid) Working Hours 5 hours per day Flexible hybrid structure (part remote, part on-site) Compensation ₹20,000 per month Key Responsibilities Social Media Management • Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube Shorts • Plan and execute content calendar • Post regularly and monitor engagement • Reply to comments and DMs Content Creation (End-to-End) You will be responsible for: ✔ Shooting videos ✔ Editing reels ✔ Creating content ideas ✔ Writing captions ✔ Managing posting You should be comfortable: • Filming using phone • Editing short-form videos • Creating viral-style reels • Capturing authentic production process Content & Brand Strategy • Develop storytelling around: • Tradition • Home-made authenticity • Cultural nostalgia • Create viral content themes such as: • “Ghar ka achar vs market achar” • “Dadi ke zamane ka taste” Brand Building • Shape Magadh Recipe’s visual identity • Develop tone of voice • Ensure consistency across platforms Growth & Community • Identify collaboration opportunities • Work with micro-influencers • Engage with regional food & culture communities Ideal Candidate • Passionate about Indian food culture • Comfortable shooting & editing videos • Creative storyteller • Understands Instagram Reels trends • Can think strategically Bonus if: • You understand Bihar’s cultural context • You enjoy traditional food stories What You Will Build You will play a key role in making: Magadh Recipe a culturally loved brand not just another achar company.
