Overview Role: Manager Financial Analyst [IPO Execution] Exp 5-10 Years Location: New Delhi Qualification: B Com/ BBA and MBA Finance / CA inter will be preferred Role Objective To assist in Financial Reporting, Statutory Compliance, and IPO-Readiness activities including Preparation of Ind AS Financials, DRHP Financial Information & SEBI-related disclosures, ensuring the company is fully compliant for a successful IPO. Key Job role and Responsibilities • IPO Experience: Hands-on exposure in End-to-End process of managing the Initial Public Offerings, including Compliance, Pricing, Investor Engagement and Post-Listing management. • End to End Execution for IPOs Readiness, Financial Reporting and documentation • Accurate financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements • Drive strong internal financial controls and audit readiness at all times • Build SOPs for accounting, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reimbursements, and closures • Investor Relations: Engaging with institutional investors, PE Firms and VCs • Stakeholder Management: Cross functional Coordination with Lenders, Equity Investors and Investment bankers for Financial Planning and reporting. • Document preparation pertains to DRHP/RHP for IPO, Due Diligence and Execution. • Supervise the execution and successful IPO closure. • Coordinate and work closely with the Senior Management on all aspects of regulatory compliance. • Assist in Annual Budgeting and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the CEO and business teams. • Prepare and present monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cash flow reports to leadership. • Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making • Closely monitor cash flows, AR/AP cycles, and working capital requirements • Spearheading various regulatory changes and providing recommendations on regulatory changes Preferred candidate profile • B Com/ BBA, MBA Finance or Semi-qualified CA • Strong understanding of Ind AS, financial reporting, audit cycles, governance standards, and taxation • Deep domain expertise of SEBI Regulations including ICDR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations • Ability to manage challenging situations by providing innovative solutions and problem solving with clients • Prior experience across finance, accounting, and compliance roles in Construction/ Infrastructure or Engineering organizations preferred • Experience with IPO preparation, listed-company environments, and/or fundraising is a plus • Strong hands-on experience in setting up finance processes and systems • Strong problem-solving instincts and business acumen. • Collaborative working style suited for a young, dynamic, innovation-driven environment. • High integrity, transparency, and ownership mindset
