Executive Assistant/Staff Officer - Entry Level

Location: Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a disciplined, reliable, and highly professional Executive Assistant/Staff Officer to support a senior leader overseeing multiple organisations. The role aligns closely with high-responsibility staff coordination responsibilities and requires strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, integrity, and the ability to operate with maturity, discretion, and professionalism in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive executive support — calendar, meetings, documentation, correspondence, and travel. • Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and official communications. • Coordinate between the Chairman, company leadership teams, and external stakeholders. • Track priorities, deadlines, and project updates; ensure timely follow-through. • Manage confidential information with discretion. • Lead and organise workflows; maintain discipline and accountability in task execution. • Support planning and execution of strategic and operational initiatives. • Represent the office professionally in business and government interactions. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & ChatGPT. • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills. • Leadership ability, initiative, and independent working capability. • Highly disciplined, dependable, detail-oriented, and professionally presentable. Eligibility & Background Requirements: • Prior exposure to government, corporate leadership support, or structured organisational environments (preferred). • Experience in roles similar to Staff Officer / Executive Assistant to CXO will be an advantage.
