The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, which will be a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. • *Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Cleaning Activities:** - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to established standards. 2. **Equipment Protection:** - Protect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure there are no inadequacies. - Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to superiors promptly. 3. **Guest Interaction:** - Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience. - Ensure a customer-oriented and friendly approach in all interactions. 4. **Stock Management:** - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate. - Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs to management. 5. **Health and Safety Compliance:** - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • *Requirements and Skills:** - Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper. - Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance. - Strong prioritization and time management skills. - Ability to work quickly without compromising quality. - Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor. - Knowledge of the English language. - High school diploma or equivalent. • *Application Process:** Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹17,847.37 per month Experience: • Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred) • total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
