We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven professional to join our team as an Associate Gap Content & Curriculum Support Specialist. 📚 About the RoleIn this role, you will apply your content expertise and instructional design knowledge to develop engaging digital and print instructional materials across products, subject areas, and grade levels. You’ll also play a key role in supporting curriculum-specific client needs and ensuring our content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, curriculum development, and client support. 🔎 What You’ll Do • Provide content and standards expertise to create effective instructional and assessment materials • Analyze standards and curriculum requirements to develop blueprints, scope and sequences, and planning documents • Write and edit lessons, activities, assignments, and assessment items • Ensure consistent application of instructional design principles and product guidelines • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and contractors • Manage priorities and communicate progress to meet project deadlines • Update and refine content development documentation • Conduct curriculum-related research • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for support tickets • Triage and resolve curriculum-specific client issues and content bugs • Provide second-tier content support to customers • Communicate with customers following established team protocols ✅ What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a core subject area (Mathematics, Science, History/Social Studies, English, etc.) • Teaching and/or curriculum development experience preferred • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities 🌟 Why Join Us?You’ll contribute to meaningful educational products that support teachers and students nationwide.
