Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Virar, Maharashtra, (Work from Office Mandatory) Experience required: 1-4 years Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 3 LPA-4.5LPA About Us: Achievers & Dreamers Technologies (ADT) is an electrical manufacturing company with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing dimmers and regulators. We focus on safety, durability, and energy-efficient designs, with hands-on product development across the full lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Handle daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and similar platforms. • Share product details, quotations, and follow up with potential buyers. • Generate, Manage and convert leads into sales by building customer trust and providing accurate information. • Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing. • Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and closures. • Suggest ways to improve product visibility or performance on online platforms. Required Skills: • Proven experience in B2B or online sales (IndiaMART experience preferred). • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal). • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email writing, and follow-up etiquette. • Familiarity with online selling processes (quotations, payments, GST, etc.). • Self-motivated and target-driven. • Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems • Background in electrical or hardware product sales (preferred) • Comfortable handling multiple inquiries simultaneously How to Apply: Email your resume to: hr.a7dtech@gmail.com Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
