Then this is the role for you! The Renal Network provides comprehensive, patient‑centred care to people with renal impairment across the ACT and Southern NSW, offering services from acute haemodialysis and home therapies to transplantation support, general nephrology, clinical trials and renal supportive care. Guided by a multidisciplinary, evidence‑based approach, the team delivers high‑quality care across the full renal continuum. This role requires advanced nursing skills, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to contribute across clinical care, leadership, education, safety and communication. The successful applicant will work across CHS dialysis clinics on a rotating roster and participate in the after‑hours on‑call dialysis service, ensuring continuity of specialised care.
