Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Writer at Google Developer Group - On Campus, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, located in Tirupati Urban. The Writer will create engaging written content for blogs, event promotions, and community updates. Day-to-day tasks include crafting original writing, editing content submissions, conducting thorough research, and developing strategies to communicate key messages effectively. The Writer will ensure consistency in the tone and quality of all published materials, contributing significantly to the organization's outreach and engagement goals. Qualifications • Strong skills in Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Editing • Experience with Research, Content Strategy, and audience engagement techniques • Knowledge in Social Media Writing and Digital Marketing • Proficiency in Proofreading and Grammar with attention to detail • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain content calendars • Familiarity with technology, programming, or the tech community is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field is a plus
