Job Title: Quality Assurance AssociateJob Description The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for managing consumer complaints and inquiries related to products in commercial distribution. Additionally, this role involves tracking and managing Commitments (CAPA), as well as conducting Annual Product Reviews (APR) in the absence of the APR Associate. The associate will also assist with APR tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and will be responsible for compiling and issuing Certificates of Analysis (C of As) for clients and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities • Receive, handle, investigate, and document consumer complaints and inquiries related to products in commercial distribution. • Issue, extend, and close Commitments (CAPA) to ensure compliance and quality assurance. • Conduct Annual Product Reviews (APR) in the absence of the APR Associate and assist as needed. • Compile and issue Certificates of Analysis (C of As) for clients and regulatory submissions. Essential Skills • Proficiency in quality assurance processes and documentation. • Experience with handling customer complaints in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment. • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a similar discipline. Work Environment This role operates within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, requiring adherence to GMP standards. The position involves significant documentation and interaction with regulatory submissions, ensuring that all processes meet the required quality standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
