Billing Executive (GST & Dispatch) Company: Steel Plant Limited Location: Sikandrabad (Uttar Pradesh) & Nashik (Maharashtra) Salary: ₹32,000 per month Experience: 2–5 Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive with strong knowledge of GST compliance and dispatch billing procedures. The candidate will be responsible for invoice preparation, GST documentation, and coordination with logistics and accounts departments. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices & Proforma Invoices - GST Billing, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill generation - Knowledge of CGST, SGST & IGST - Dispatch billing and coordination with transporters - Preparation of Delivery Challan and LR follow-up - Maintain proper billing records and documentation - Preparing basic MIS reports - Coordination with Accounts, Sales & Store department Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate - 2–5 years of experience in Billing & GST - Strong knowledge of GST compliance - Experience in Dispatch & Transport documentation - Knowledge of Tally / ERP / SAP - Good command over MS Excel - Attention to detail and accuracy Additional Information: - Immediate joiners preferred - Steel / Manufacturing industry experience preferred Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to: +91-XXXXXXXXXX / 6358812301 Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
