As a ServiceNow Administrator specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM) / CRM, your role will involve supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient workflows that support customer service operations. You will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders, architects, and developers, requiring you to work in shifts aligned with CST or PST time zones. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability and performance. - Manage users, roles, groups, and access control lists (ACLs). - Configure and maintain forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. - Support platform upgrades, patches, and release activities. - Support ServiceNow CSM modules including Case Management, customer interaction workflows, and knowledge management. - Configure and maintain customer service processes, SLAs, and automation workflows. - Manage Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards. - Perform basic scripting using JavaScript within ServiceNow. - Troubleshoot ServiceNow incidents, platform issues, and configuration problems. - Provide production support for the ServiceNow environment. - Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Manage data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience. - Strong knowledge of ACLs, security, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer / workflows. - Experience supporting one or more modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Case / Incident Management. - Technical skills in JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow, REST/SOAP API understanding, data imports, and Transform Maps. The company expects you to be comfortable working US business hours aligned with CST or PST time zones and have the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders and teams.
