Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Duck Creek Policy Developer. The candidate will work on developing and customizing Duck Creek policy solutions, ensuring that systems meet client requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring and developing Duck Creek components, debugging and resolving application issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations. Regularly, the role will involve ensuring high-quality deliverables and supporting optimization efforts for ongoing projects. Qualifications • Strong experience in Duck Creek Policy configurations, development, and implementation • Proficiency in software development, coding practices, and programming related to Duck Creek applications • Experience in analyzing business requirements and ensuring alignment with technical solutions • Good understanding of system integration and ability to work on end-to-end project lifecycles • Problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve application issues efficiently • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Position: Duck Creek Policy Developer Experience: 3+ years Notice Period: Immediate to 15–30 days
