Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ankleshwar for a Performance Marketer Executive. The role involves developing and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to ensure maximum ROI. The executive will focus on creating and executing data-driven marketing initiatives, conducting keyword research, maintaining budgets, and collaborating with creative teams to design high-conversion ad campaigns. They will also monitor trends and use insights to enhance ad performance and business outcomes. Qualifications • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Marketplace management. • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. • Strategic thinking and skills in campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance tracking. • Experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting to improve campaign efficiency. • Knowledge of content marketing and creative collaboration for high-performing ad campaigns. • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills paired with attention to detail. • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
