Analyst- Investor Reporting

As an Investor Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and tracking various reports and Servicing Agreements. This includes updating and maintaining policies and procedures, collecting and reconciling data to create Trust Reporting files, and responding to inquiries from Master Servicers, Trustees, and Credit Risk Agencies. You will also create and maintain databases for reporting purposes, track supplemental proceeds, losses, and loss severities, review servicing agreements, and ensure timelines are met. Working with Investor Reporting Managers, Compliance Manager, and Transaction Managers will be necessary. Additionally, you will create and maintain Investor Reporting Policies and Procedures, as well as process flows for all Investor Reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Process tasks according to guidelines - Meet assigned productivity and quality targets - Adhere to SLAs and TATs - Be open to working in shifts - Maintain interpersonal relationships at work - Follow organization policies Qualifications & Experience: - Completion of a basic degree (15 years of education) - Good written and oral communication skills in English - Experience in US Mortgage Investor Reporting (Minimum 12 months experience) Note: No additional details about the company are provided in the job description.
