We work with modern D2C and service brands to build strong digital presence and scalable growth systems. Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can manage, grow, and optimize social media accounts for our agency and clients. The ideal candidate understands content strategy, engagement growth, and trend-based marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute monthly content calendars • Create and manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn content • Write engaging captions and hooks • Coordinate with video editors and creators for reel production • Source 50% UGC/content via creators and manage coordination • Independently create remaining 50% content (reels + graphics) • Increase engagement, reach, and follower growth • Track insights and prepare performance reports • Stay updated with trends and viral content formats • Get approval before posting any content Requirements: • Proven experience in social media handling • Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies • Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools • Understanding of branding & storytelling • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus Skills (Preferred): • Knowledge of Meta Ads • Copywriting skills • Experience in marketing agency What We Offer: • Growth-oriented environment • Performance-based incentives • Creative freedom • Opportunity to work with multiple brands
