Backend Financial Operations & POS Reconciliation Specialist ( Night shift )

Job Overview We are hiring a Backend Financial Operations & POS Reconciliation Specialist to manage and reconcile daily financial transactions for Metro by T-Mobile retail stores in the United States. The role involves monitoring POS transactions, reconciling financial records, and ensuring accuracy across store sales, activations, inventory, and payment systems. Key Responsibilities • Reconcile daily Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions with bank deposits and payment processor reports • Review store transactions including device sales, activations, upgrades, and service payments • Verify cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions • Monitor and reconcile inventory movement and accessory sales • Identify and investigate transaction discrepancies or missing payments • Track refunds, adjustments, and chargebacks • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports • Maintain records between POS systems, carrier portals, and accounting systems • Assist in financial audits and backend operational reporting Systems & Technical Skills • Experience working with POS transaction systems • Familiarity with Metro by T-Mobile dealer portals • Ability to access and review RTBDI reports for reconciliation and reporting • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysis • Experience with accounting or financial tracking systems Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce preferred • 3–5 years experience in accounting, financial reconciliation, or retail backend operations • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage high volumes of financial transactions • Good English communication skills Work Details • Location: Gurugram, Sector 48 • Work Mode: Work From Office • Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) • Industry: Telecommunications Retail Interested candidates can email their resume at: msinha@asllc.org Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
