Conduct a 30-45 min 1:1 session with kids at their home as per a set curriculum Engage kids using Raising Superstars' screen-free activities (training provided) Give brief progress feedback to parents after session Keep attendance logs, basic reports Required Candidate profile Graduate in any field; ECCED / B.Ed / Montessori certification preferred Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi Min 6 months of exp working with children Must travel locally for sessions
