Full-Stack Engineer (End-to-End Ownership)

We’re not looking for someone to just implement tickets. We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who can own an entire product — from idea → system design → development → deployment → long-term improvement. If you’ve independently built and shipped a complete application, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Build & maintain production-grade systems • Design scalable backend APIs (Node.js) • Architect clean, maintainable frontend apps (React) • Model relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) • Deploy & manage systems on AWS / GCP / Azure • Debug real production issues (performance, failures, reliability) Backend (Mandatory) • Strong Node.js fundamentals (event loop, async behavior, performance) • REST APIs, async workflows, webhooks • Queues, retries, idempotency, background jobs • Build systems that survive production failures Frontend (Mandatory) • React (or a modern framework) • Proper state management • Clean component architecture • Frontend performance awareness Database • Query optimization • Indexing & transactions • Data modeling from scratch • Data consistency concepts Deployment & Infra • Real cloud deployment experience • Dev / staging / prod environments • Basic Linux & networking • Observability & production debugging What We Don’t Care About • Years of experience • DSA problem counts • Buzzwords What We Care About • Ownership mindset • Systems thinking • Ability to work independently • Comfort with ambiguity
