Graphic Designer/Video Editor

Advaita Ads is a performance marketing agency helping businesses grow through performance marketing, branding, and creative content . We work with startups, healthcare brands, education institutions, and local businesses to build strong brand presence online and offline. We are looking for a Creative & Branding Executive who can design marketing collaterals, ad creatives, branding materials, and short-form video content . The candidate should have strong design skills and basic video editing ability to support digital marketing campaigns. Creative Design: Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and presentations. Create digital ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns. Develop social media posts, campaign creatives, and promotional graphics . Branding & Signage Design signage boards, flex banners, hoardings, and store branding materials . Work on internal office branding and visual identity elements for clients. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. Video Editing & Reels Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos . Add captions, transitions, effects, and background music . Assist marketing team with video creatives for ad campaigns . Work closely with performance marketing and social media teams . Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand creative requirements. Deliver creatives within campaign timelines . Graphic Design & Visual Communication Social Media Creative Design Branding & Marketing Collaterals Basic Video Editing for Reels & Ads Creative Thinking & Attention to Detail Tools & Software Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designing, Video Editing Experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative studio Understanding of digital marketing creatives and branding requirements Performance Metrics (KPIs) Quality and creativity of marketing designs Timely delivery of campaign creatives Engagement performance of social media creatives Video content output for reels and ads Experience: 3+ Years
