Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, science-driven Sales Representatives and a Regional Manager (South Zone) to join our growing team. The selected candidates will promote cutting-edge oncology diagnostic tests and services to healthcare professionals, including medical oncologists, oncology nurses, and clinical coordinators. The role involves travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and disseminate clinical information on oncology diagnostic tests to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales growth and exceed territory sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans based on market trends and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, patients, and Advance Medilinks’ customer service team for logistics and support.
• Provide scientific and economic insights to healthcare institutions and oncology practices.
• Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in leading cancer centres and academic institutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional colleagues.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.)
• Preference will be given to candidates with B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualifications.
• Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in oncology or diagnostic sales.
• MBA / Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong scientific understanding and ability to explain complex clinical studies.
• Proven sales success and leadership record.
• Strategic thinking and account-based selling approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to new products and disease areas.
• Demonstrated job stability (minimum 1 role held for 2–4 years).
Compensation
• Sales Representative: ₹10–15 Lakh per annum
• Regional Manager (South Zone): ₹20 Lakh per annum
• (Final offer based on qualifications and experience)
