Job Summary We are looking for a qualified BHMS Doctor with proven sales experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide quality homeopathic consultations and also contribute to business growth by engaging with clients, recommending treatment packages, and driving service sales. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties • Conduct patient consultations and detailed case taking • Diagnose and prepare personalised homeopathic treatment plans • Follow up with patients regularly and monitor progress • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation • Educate patients on homeopathy and wellness practices Sales & Business Responsibilities • Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets • Recommend treatment packages, preventive care plans, wellness programs • Convert walk-in and enquiry patients into treatment plans • Build rapport with patients, understand needs, and propose solutions • Collaborate with front-desk team for patient follow-ups • Participate in health events, workshops & community outreach (optional) Qualifications • BHMS degree from a recognised institution • Valid medical registration/licence (if applicable) • Minimum 1+ years experience in clinical practice • Sales experience in healthcare / clinic / wellness services preferred Skills Required • Excellent clinical diagnostic skills • Strong communication & interpersonal abilities • Proven ability to meet sales targets • Patient-centric approach • Confidence in recommending treatment plans • Basic computer skills (for patient records) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Commuter assistance • Flexible schedule • Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
