Jr Video Editor

We’re looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor** to join our team at **Advant AI Labs**. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for visual storytelling and hands-on experience editing videos for **social media, YouTube, podcasts, and digital marketing campaigns**. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to create high-quality videos that engage, inspire, and communicate our brand’s message effectively. --- ## **Key Responsibilities** - Edit **short-form content** such as **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks** optimized for engagement - Edit **long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, and promotional content** - Create **motion graphics, intros, and outros** for brand and video consistency - Collaborate with the **digital marketing team** to produce video assets for campaigns and ads - Add **music, voiceovers, subtitles, and sound effects** to enhance viewer experience - Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion graphic assets - Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) - Manage raw footage, organize media assets, and maintain a structured video library - Stay updated with **current video trends, editing styles, and social media formats** --- ## **Requirements** - **1–2 years of professional experience** in video editing or motion graphics - Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **Final Cut Pro**, or **DaVinci Resolve** - Basic skills in **Adobe Photoshop** or **Illustrator** for thumbnail and graphic creation - Understanding of **color correction, audio mixing, and transitions** - Strong storytelling ability and attention to visual details - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative mindset and good communication skills --- ## **Preferred** - Experience creating **video content for digital marketing campaigns** - Knowledge of **motion graphics and animation** - Familiarity with **social media algorithms** and best practices for video engagement - Basic understanding of **camera operations, lighting, and shooting techniques** - Experience with **AI-based video tools** (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, or similar) is a plus --- ## **What You’ll Gain** - Work on a variety of **creative and AI-driven projects** - Collaborate with a **dynamic digital marketing and design team** - Opportunity to shape **brand storytelling through video** - Exposure to **modern tools and AI-assisted video workflows** - A creative space to experiment, innovate, and grow your editing skills --- • *If you’re passionate about video editing, storytelling, and creative innovation — join us and help bring ideas to life!**
