We are looking for a talented • Website Developer** who can design and develop professional websites while ensuring strong performance, user experience, and scalability.. • Role Description** This is currently a free lancer role and can become a permanent role for a Website Developer specializing in WordPress and web development. The position is based in Gurgaon. The Website Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining WordPress-based websites, managing front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration of web applications, and optimizing website performance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, following best practices in web development, and staying updated on the latest web technologies and trends. • Key Responsibilities** · Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and modern web technologies · Convert UI/UX designs or wireframes into functional websites · Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements · Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance · Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible · Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, payment gateways, analytics, and marketing tools · Maintain website security, backups, and updates · Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when required · Work closely with the design and sales teams to deliver high-quality client projects • Required Skills** · Strong experience with WordPress development · Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP · Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders · Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization · Experience with website hosting, domains, and deployment · Familiarity with API integrations and plugins · Understanding of responsive design and UX principles • Preferred Skills** · Experience with Shopify or eCommerce development · Knowledge of Figma / Adobe XD for design collaboration · Experience working with international clients (UAE preferred) · Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing integrations • Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) · 1–3 years of experience in website development · Strong portfolio of live websites • Why Join Us** · Prospect to work on international client projects · Flexible work environment · Growth opportunity as the company expands globally
