Workplace Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PMRole & responsibilities A Customer Service Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients in order to generate leads, set appointments, or sell products or services. Some common roles and responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include:1. Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospects or customers.2. Introducing products or services to potential customers and explaining their benefits.3. Qualifying leads and determining if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.4. Setting appointments for Clients.5. Following up with leads or customers to provide additional information or answer questions.6. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions in a CRM system.7. Meeting or exceeding daily or weekly call quotas or sales targets.8. Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers over the phone.9. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.10. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Preferred candidate profileIf you are speacially good with English & Hindi you will be preferred 1. Excellent communication skills2. Ability to persuade and convince customers3. Strong interpersonal skills4. Good listening skills5. Ability to handle rejection and objections6. Patience and persistence7. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets8.
