Responsibilities for HR Admin:
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. ● Conduct calling to candidates to generate leads and explain job opportunities.
● Perform multiple follow-ups with candidates to maintain engagement.
● Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Collect and share interview feedback with the candidates.
● Assist in closing open positions through proactive candidate follow-ups. Candidate Coordination
● Assist the Senior HR in administrative and HR operational work.
● Support documentation, employee records, and HR coordination tasks.
● Help manage office administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities and Duties for BD Intern:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
Requirements for BD Intern:
• Bachelor's degree or ongoing education in Business, Marketing, IT, BCA, B.Sc. IT, BBA, MBA, fresher can apply or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to Communicate between the Client and the Technical team.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under deadlines.
• Basic understanding of online bidding platforms and business development is a plus.
• Immediate availability for an on-site role in Chandigarh . (Rotational Shift)
