Job Title: Automotive Workshop Manager / Lead Company: Aeromechx Automotive pvt ltd Experience: 0–5 Years Location: Gota Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Aeromechx Automotive is looking for an Automotive Workshop Manager / Lead to manage daily workshop operations, lead technicians, ensure service quality, and maintain safety and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily workshop activities • Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress • Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery • Lead and support workshop staff • Coordinate with service advisors/customers • Maintain job records, tools, and spare parts usage • Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workshop Requirements • Basic to good knowledge of automobile systems • Leadership and team coordination skills • ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred • Freshers with potential or experienced technicians welcome Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: • Commuter assistance • Flexible schedule • Paid sick time • Paid time off Work Location: In person
