Meta Ads Specialist / Facebook Ads Expert (E-commerce)

Location: Chandigarh (Mandatory – No Remote / No Hybrid) About the Role Agadh is a growth-focused digital marketing agency working with fast-growing Indian D2C and e-commerce brands. We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist / Media Buyer who has hands-on experience running performance-driven Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for e-commerce brands. Important: This is a 100% on-site role in Chandigarh. Please apply only if you are currently based in Chandigarh or ready to relocate immediately. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for Indian e-commerce brands. • Manage and scale monthly ad budgets of ₹15,00,000+ across multiple accounts. • Handle full-funnel performance marketing (TOF, MOF, BOF campaigns). • Monitor daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversions and revenue. • Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to brief ad creatives (images, videos, UGC). • Perform audience research, testing and scaling (interest, lookalike, retargeting). • Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. • Participate in client calls and present insights and performance improvements. • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience • 3-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Experience working with a digital marketing agency is mandatory. • Proven experience handling ₹15 Lakhs+ monthly ad spend. • Strong understanding of: • E-commerce performance marketing • Facebook Pixel & conversion tracking • Campaign structure and scaling strategies • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. • Ability to take ownership of campaigns end-to-end. Must-Have Requirements (Please Read Carefully) • Willing to work full-time from office in Chandigarh. • Experience with Indian e-commerce / D2C brands. • Immediate or short notice period preferred.
