As an Asset Management Data Analyst at ATCO Gas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our EAM data. Your attention to detail and ability to bring structure to complexity will be key in maintaining clean and sharp master data while shaping the asset information in our Document Management System. Your responsibilities will include: - Rolling out smarter folder structures - Delivering analysis to provide clear insights across major programs - Leading the asset handover process end-to-end - Building and automating reporting - Monitoring RMAP actions - Enhancing condition analytics across the business Your success in this role will be defined by: - Smooth coordination of EAM data updates with consistently accurate master data - Implementing a fit-for-purpose asset data framework in EIM - Providing high-quality analysis to strengthen major programs - Running a well-structured asset handover process - Timely completion of RMAP and contributing to continuous improvement Qualifications required for this role include: - Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, or similar - Strong analytical capability to extract insights from big data sets - Proficiency in reporting tools and data manipulation, with knowledge in Excel and Power BI being desirable Your background should include: - Deep experience across asset, work, and supply chain modules within EAM platforms - Strong information management capability - Proven ability to lead or support continuous improvement initiatives - Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with others and adapt to new processes ATCO Gas offers a range of benefits including free onsite parking, salary sacrifice options, a referral program, Employee Share Purchase Plan, and access to corporate discounts.
