We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the hospital. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and improve patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall hospital operations and administrative activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and standards
• Supervise staff, including doctors, nurses, and support teams
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Handle budgeting, billing, and financial management
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Monitor patient care quality and resolve issues or complaints
• Maintain hospital records, reports, and documentation
• Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and facility management
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare regulations
• Basic financial and budgeting understanding
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• MBA/ MHA (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare administration
Working Conditions:
• Full-time role
• May require extended hours depending on hospital needs
• On-site hospital management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
