Job Description: Position: Industrial Relations Specialist Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Experience: 7–10 Years Qualification: Masters in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or relevant qualification Language Requirement: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) About the Role The role is responsible for managing Industrial Relations activities within a manufacturing setup, ensuring harmonious labour-management relations, maintaining discipline, handling grievances, managing flexible manpower, and ensuring statutory compliance. Responsibilities Manage union interactions and employee relations matters. Handle disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and grievance resolution. Oversee recruitment and management of flexible/contract manpower and apprentices. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Drive employee engagement and reward & recognition initiatives. Participate in IR audits and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
